Program One
Artful Opulence in Event Design
Tuesday, March 3 | 2:00 PM
with Kiana Underwood, Tulipina
Step into the world of Tulipina, where exuberant color, bold form, and emotional storytelling define every design.
In this visually rich presentation, Kiana Underwood shares her approach to creating large-scale floral installations inspired by fine art, architecture, and place. Drawing from experiences spanning European villas to modern architectural settings, Kiana explores how florals can evoke feeling, movement, and a deeply human connection.
Audiences will gain insight into how inspiration becomes immersive floral art, hallmarks of Tulipina’s celebrated aesthetic.

Program Two
Bloom Where You're Rooted
Friday, March 6 | 2:00 PM
with Gina Lett-Shrewsberry & Teresa J. Speight
This engaging conversation brings together two influential voices in floral and garden culture to explore sustainability, storytelling, and thoughtful design.
Gina Lett-Shrewsberry, founder of Gina Floral and Event Design, is a nationally recognized floral designer whose work has been featured in Black Flora, The Washington Post, Munaluchi Bridal, and beyond. A frequent speaker and podcast guest, Gina is also an advocate for sustainable floral practices and was recently honored by Florist Review’s inaugural “40 Over 40.”
Joining her is Teresa J. Speight, author of Floriculture’s New Vanguard and co-author of The Urban Garden. Teresa is a respected educator, podcast host, and founder of the Jabali Amani Garden Collective, where she champions community-based gardening, environmental stewardship, and inclusive horticultural spaces.
Together, Gina and Teresa will discuss how sustainability, creativity, and cultural connection shape the future of floral and garden design.
